Things I’ve built, and things I’m still building.
The production work runs inside a product, so it’s described rather than linked. The side projects are mine — where the source is public, the card links straight to it.

AI video generation pipeline
Serves users in the thousands. Latency, cost per generation and output quality pull against each other — buy one and you pay for it in another. Holding all three at once, at that volume, is the part I own.

Model evaluation & cost research
At volume, choosing a model is a cost decision as much as a quality one. I benchmark candidates head to head on both, so what ships is the best output the unit economics will carry — and gets re-checked as models and prices move.

Side Hustle
Multi-tool search agent
Ask for someone’s details, or have an email drafted and sent to them, in a single sentence. The agent works out whether it needs the contact sheet, Gmail or Wikipedia — and won’t invent a contact that isn’t in the sheet.
